How Do I Update PF Authority Names When Both Authorized People Have Left?

Dear All,

As you must know, there are two authorities within an organization who are authorized for submissions and payments to the PF, IT, etc., office. We need to change both names of the PF Authorities. Can you please tell me what is the procedure to follow? Is there any specific form? Can I just take the new person's specimen signature and submit it?

The thing is, both people who are authorized to deal with PF are no longer with the organization. Awaiting some speedy answers.

Hi,

There is a form called Employer's Specimen Signature. You can fill out the form and have the authorized person sign it, which should be approved by the Director. I don't have the form scanned, but you can check with your concerned PF office to obtain it.

There is a specific form for any change in PF authority. The form is called Employer Specimen Signature and is attached herewith.
