Happy Employees Perform Well

saurabhko
AKS,
Definitely Job Satisfaction is another aspect of happy life or rather happy professional life. As, happy professional life does not always guarantee you a happy life as a whole.
When I was in TATA STEEL, J.J.Irani, MD told one day that he wants his employees to get up in the morning feeling like going to work and not like 'OH! I have to go to work again today'.
While talking to one of my colleagues, I came to the point that Indian Companies do not like to invest at all in R&D work. They intern under-utilize the kind of brainy workforce they have as they want quick and ensured return on the work performed.

Hi doctor, The zero pathology ganga is reportedly inadequate for change mechanisms. I would suggest you take assistance from Metamorpho synchro group for your problems. And you also failed to mention about the narco-parkosis effect on the third cranial nerve during change sessions.

Hi Sunita , I like your posting. You have touched the right nerve, and the message is clear enough.
Thank you Rajeev for starting this seemingly simple topic which is very relevant in today's work atmosphere which has an alienating effect. Small gestures sufficient to spread a smile here or there is certainly a great contribution. How we do it is a different issue.

What is that please?

Hi friends, I have a feeling that we are straying away from the topic to ambiguous areas. I really couldnt understand the last few postings. We are discussing about ways and means of maintaining a happy workforce, arent we? If we dont have anything further to add here, let us put away the topic and close this thread.

My dear Doctor, Dont demand responses to all that you post in this forum.
take care,
Sunita
