Starting an HR Department in Lucknow: Who Would Be the Right Fit for Our Team?

We are a midsize ISO 9001 certified manufacturing concern based in Lucknow. We have a staff of around 80 persons. We require a suitable HR personnel for our operations as we are going to start the HR department in our concern. We have basic infrastructure such as Attendance Management System and SAP.
