Friends, I need help and suggestions from you. I am working for a Chennai-based pharma company and have been tasked with releasing a newsletter from the desk of the Corporate Communication Cell to reach our staff across the city. I do not know the format, the news to be published, or the questions to be asked to our loyal staff. In short, I know nothing about newsletters.
