Need Help Comparing Recruitment and Selection Procedures Across Companies?

I have to do a comparison on the recruitment and selection procedures of various companies. From HRcite, I have only found the recruitment procedure of Toyota company.

If anybody has some material related to this on any company, kindly forward it to me.

Instead of all this going on the internet and all, there are approximately 100 pages on Toyota. I don't remember the name of the book exactly, but I will get back very soon with the name. It is a great piece of work, and we would appreciate it.
