Thinking of Quitting My UAE Job: How Will It Affect My Gratuity and Benefits?

I am working in the UAE and have an Unlimited Contract. It's already 2 years and 8 months now, and I want to quit. I have already availed 1 month leave and a flight ticket for the last year. If I resign now, 4 months less to 3 years, then how many days of gratuity will be calculated? Can the company also ask me to give back the leave salary and flight ticket?

The UAE is a different country, and I do not know whether there is any social security scheme for employees. The benefits to which you are entitled must be written in your service contract. You must bear in mind that you are governed by the rules of the UAE while you work for a company in the UAE.
