Gratuity Calculation In A UAE Unlimited Contract.

I am working in UAE and have an Unlimited Contract. Its already 2 yrs and 8 months now, and i want to quit. I hv already availed 1 month leave and flt ticket for the last yr.
If I resign now, 4 months less to 3 yrs., then how much days gratuity will be calculated. Can the company also ask me to give back the leave salary and flt ticket ?

UAE is a different country and I do not know whether ther is any social security scheme for employees. The benefits to which you are entitled to must be written in your service contract. You must bear in mind you are governed by the rules of UAE while you work in a company at UAE.
