I am a student of MBA Finance and also working at IBM Daksh in Gurgaon. My college made many promises at the time of admission, but they were all really fake. With my effort, I managed to secure a job at IBM Daksh as a Technical Services Executive. However, it is completely different from my domain. I aspire to move into the financial sector, so please guide me on the qualities I should improve to secure a managerial-level position.
