I am designing an induction program for promoted employees. It would be helpful to me if you could share your knowledge about it and how you are conducting this type of program in your organization.

Hi Subhir,

Some inputs from my end:

a. Level-wise compensation benefits - This is the major concern, where an employee should be aware of the compensation and benefits of his roles. Awareness of the Mediclaim facility if applicable (there are always changes in the Mediclaim from organization to organization), loan subsidiary benefits.

b. Changes in his Employment Agreement, i.e., notice period, responsibilities, confidentiality, etc.

c. His contribution to the management from his role.
