PREPARE LIST OF INTERESTED PARTICIPANTS
ASK YOUR VOLUNTEERS TO CALL THEM
DECIDE VENUE
PREPARE AGENDA OF THE MEETING
SEND INVITATION-u can take help of the invitation which i had prepared for delhi meet.
DECIDE WHAT SHOULD BE THE REGISTRATION FEE.
AND FINALLY DECIDE THE DATE OF THE MEET.
