Struggling with Partial Salaries and Job Search: How Can I Find a Way Out?

I am working in a small software company since 24th Feb, but there is an issue about salary. I am completely fed up with this issue. They don't pay for two months and then provide a little part of the salary. I want to switch my job. I have made contact with so many consultancies as well, but I don't know why I am not getting any feedback from anywhere. I am in trouble; please help me to get out of this situation.
