How Do the New Minimum Wage Hikes in U.P. Affect You Starting October 2009?

Please find attached herewith a copy of the Minimum Wages revision in U.P. w.e.f 1st Oct 2009. There is a hike of Rs. 79 in unskilled, Rs. 90 in semiskilled, and Rs. 101 in skilled category minimum wages. As per the notification, the minimum wages in U.P. w.e.f 1st Oct 2009 are as follows:
- Unskilled ~ Rs. 3452 per month
- Semi Skilled ~ Rs. 3935 per month
- Skilled ~ Rs. 4368 per month

Prior to this notification, the minimum wages in U.P. were as follows:
- Unskilled ~ Rs. 3373 per month
- Semi Skilled ~ Rs. 3845 per month
- Skilled ~ Rs. 4267 per month

You can calculate daily wages in VDA by dividing 26. For example, VDA is 647, then daily VDA will be 647/26 = 24.88.

Can anybody provide me with the latest minimum wage rates applicable in Punjab effective from 1st September '09 along with a valid notification copy?

Please find attached a copy of the Minimum Wages Notification by the Haryana Government for your ready reference. The revised rates are applicable from 1st July 2009.

Unskilled: 3914/= Per Month
Semi-skilled 'A' 4044/= Per Month
'B' 4174/= Per Month
Skilled 'A' 4304/= Per Month
'B' 4434/= Per Month
Highly Skilled 4564/= Per Month

Do you have the latest notification of Punjab which is effective from 1st September 2009?
