Interview Follow-Up: Does Receiving a Company Biodata Form Mean I'm Hired?

Dear friends,

Recently, I appeared for an interview and received a company biodata form to be filled out and sent to the Head Office. Should I assume that I have been selected for the position? Please reply.

Have they not given you an Offer Letter? If not, then try confirming it with the company HR first, because a Personal Biodata Form is usually given after the Offer Letter.
