Can anybody suggest me the best book to learn labour laws and how to get updated to the changes in the laws... Kindly suggest me so that I can learn from them...

You must read "WHAT EVERYBODY SHOULD KNOW ABOUT LABOUR LAWS" written by H.L. Kumar. For being update you must read LABOUR LAW REPORTER.

You can update yourself , by interacting with any of the legal practioners.
