Dear Balaji Venkatesan,

Thank you for your anticipation and instant reply in this matter.

Actually, my salary was Rs. 12,000.00 per month.

Particular details given in the salary slip are as follows:

Earnings Deduction
Basic: 6000.00 Employee PF Contribution: 720.00
House Rent allowance: 3000.00 Professional Tax: 98.00
Conveyance: 713.00
Medical Reimbursement: 1250.00
Statutory Bonus: 292.00
Total Earnings: 11255.00 Total deduction: 818.00

Net pay: 10437.00

Likewise, I have received the salary for 4 months. In the above table, it shows that the Employee PF contribution is Rs. 720.00, but Rs. 1465.00 has been deducted from my actual salary of Rs. 12,000.00 except for the professional tax.

I believe I have provided enough details as expected by you. Now, please let me know the process to settle my PF amount.

Thank you,
Balaji

I believe that the company has deducted both employee and employer contributions in your case.

Hello there,

I applied for my PF withdrawal, but it has been rejected stating that there is a technical problem (PDF not opening). Please suggest what to do.
