If yours is a partnership firm, prepare a partnership deed. If it is a private limited company, register it in ROC. Get the design of your mobile van approved from RTO and register the vehicle for commercial use. Avail food and health licenses from the Municipal Corporation. If you are hiring the services of a cook and other helpers, register under the shops and establishment authority. If yours is a franchise, enter into a contract and observe their rules, designs, and hygiene standards. If you plan to create your own brand name, register the brand, logo, and design as per the advice of your attorney.
