New to HR: What Should an Employee Information Sheet Include?

To all the Great HR professionals,

Hope you are all doing fantastic! I am new to this community, also known as the CiteHR family. Our company is a private manpower recruitment and training firm. From now on, I will be responsible for all HR matters in my company. I am interested in understanding the Employee Information Sheet and the details it should contain. Could anyone please share the format with me?
