Can somebody help me with creating an employee termination letter for poor performance?

Dear [Name],

If you terminate a permanent employee, it is difficult to do so. However, if you terminate a probationary/trainee employee, you can do so on the last day of completion of training/probation for poor performance, if any.

For the termination of an employee, you have to establish a case, conduct a domestic enquiry, and prove the case to terminate.
