But you need to update this attachment as follow
01.Cash Benifits: Payment of medical bonus is Rs. 1000 insted of Rs.250 ( u/s 8 )
02.Records to be maintained:
A) Every employer shall prepare and maintain a Maternity Benifit Register in Form – 10 ( See rule 12(1))
B) ANNUAL RETURN:- on or Before 15th Jan employer has to submit the return in FORM -11 (See rule 15)

Hi,

I need to know if a female employee who is going for adoption of a child can avail the 3 months maternity leave benefit. We are a private sector company covered under the Shop & Establishment Act.
