Hi All,
After leaving my previous company Infosys, I have joined a Government organization. Infosys has provided me with a single letter which contains details of both relieving and experience.
But, Being a Government organization, my current organization treats relieving and experience letters in the different manners. As per their policy they permanently keep the original relieving letter with them. The letter which I have got from Infosys, my current organization is taking that as the relieving letter and so they have kept the original copy of the same.
As per my discussion with Infosys HR, it's as per Infosys' policy to combine both relieving and experience letter, so they are not ready to provide a separate experience letter.
So currently I am in the situation where I am not having any proof against my experince with infosys.
In that case what can I do to have the experince letter with me?? Who is at fault basically? Infosys or my current organization?? Both the organizations are giving the reference of their policies.. What should I do?
If you have any idea, please let me know. I would be highly grateful.
Thanks in advance.

Vishwas
