Need Help with MRM Circular Format for Our First Meeting – Can You Share Yours?

Since we are conducting the meeting for the first time, we are in need of a format for MRM in accordance with the issuance of a circular for the meeting. Could anyone upload the standard format for the circular of MRM? I need it soon. Please help me out in this regard.

I don't have a standard template for the Circular.

Please use simple English to draft an email and send it to the MRM committee members. Alternatively, you can print out the draft and display it on your organization's notice board.
