Questions To Determine If The Candidate Is An Architect? (Telephonic)

Hello Seniors,
Please let me know few questions that can be asked to an Architect to determine if he has worked as an architect?

when we asssess a candidate , after getting over with the intervew process, we have to write good comments about the candidates like , innocvative , intelligent ,go getter.

What is the industry that this architect should be associated with or will be working in. Is it Real Estate (like architect realted to making of buildings, homes etc. OR IT (like database architect etc.) ? & You are trying to interview this person as a HR guy or Line Guy .

To assess about an Architect you should ask / know about
Is he/she working as independent consultant or in some org?
What is his Qualification? B.Arch (minimum)
How much experience
What projects has he/she completed/undertaken in the past - It would always be associated with some kind of Buildings etc.
What roles has he/she performed
How adept is he/she in maintaing the timelines and keeping the costs under the Budget?
What are his areas of expertise like - Interiors / Civil / Structural / OR buildings / Multistory / Highways / Flyovers etc.
What are his key strengths about Contract Management?

Thanks a lot for the answers....the industry is IT & the candidate would be a technical architect/Database architect...the initial assessment would be from my end as a HR.
