HR Manager - Employee Attendance

Hi, my name is Wanza, and I am newly employed with a company in the US that hired me to manage Inventory and to track Employee attendance, etc. I am looking for an employee attendance tracker, that can be used in excel (2003), we are currently manually tracking the attendance, vacation etc, and I would like to put this information excel. Please if anyone has a good attendance tracker I would greatly appericate your help.

i recently joined pharmaceutical company before 2months.
during interview i demand annual package of salary which for the moment not accept and i refuse and back to home.
but on returning home i recieved call from company that they will give me demanded salary after only 3 months of joining and i joined as a junior R&D Officer. but still i didn't
get any written letter from the company and also about demanded salary is not mention in appointment letter .
now i want to know from you that what " is this possible for the company to refuse oral or telephonic promises and how much such promises are come true in industrial fields."
