NICE to look at and read....
wanted to ask the experienced people in the field... "PD is done to uplift the bad / depressed mood of participants?" assuming that we have some proportion of negativity in everyone...
what i thought was that PD is to target each personality as it exists...and work on improving or further improving that....
pls could you answer!!

Sir, this one is really good. If u would have added the need/necessity of personality development it wud have been exceptionally well. Also the first few slides u would have used them to introduce the topic. otherwise its very good.
