Struggling to Find an HR Job as a Fresher in Pune: Seeking Opportunities for Experience

My name is Shimit. I am from Pune, and I am pursuing my PGDBM-HR from the Indian Institute of Management Training. For the past 20 days, I have been looking for a job in the HR department, but I have not been able to secure one as I am a fresher. Currently, I am in my third semester, and my classes are only on Saturday and Sunday. This is because we have only 10 people in HR in our college, so guest faculty come only on these two days.

I am posting my resume here for the position of Management Training to kick-start my career in HR. If any corporate in Pune is interested, please call me for an interview. I would be grateful for the opportunity. I do not seek any compensation or incentives. What I desire is valuable experience in Human Resource Management to advance in my area of interest. I have seen your resume, but it's not up to the mark. Make some changes, like adding a career objective in your CV. It looks like you are not serious about your job.

The report will encompass my experience from day 1. I am working in the field of global marketing. The best thing is that it's not a research-based project, so there is no need to use statistical tools or anything like that. I am really happy that you replied to me. Thank you.
