Nice and to the point. I would like to draw you attention toward stress interview and I think if you put the candidate in actual situation and keep on giving him alternatives you can judge a person based on his ability to come out of the problem clearly.
Normally most of the interviews have the same pattern or sequence of questions. But if we start with some situation based on the candidates work experience we can carryout the interview session in much better way.
