Nice and to the point. I would like to draw your attention towards stress interviews. I believe that by placing the candidate in an actual situation and continuously presenting them with alternatives, you can assess a person based on their ability to effectively handle problems.
Typically, most interviews follow a standard set of questions. However, by initiating with a scenario based on the candidate's work experience, we can conduct the interview in a more effective manner.
