I am new in the HR field. My current company is a manufacturing company that produces components for air conditioning. As an HR executive, my boss has asked me to come up with an HR plan for the whole year 2010, set the goals, and create an action plan by the end of November 2009.
I notice that HR is very broad - recruitment, appraisal, discipline, etc. Can somebody help me with how to create an HR plan for one year? If possible, please provide me with some examples. You may email me at jhandri@gmail.com.
