Struggling with Grievance Handling in Textile Industry: Can You Help with an Employee-Focused Questionnaire?

This is Aisha Ahmad, and I urgently need your help concerning my thesis. I am currently working on a thesis related to a unit of the textile industry. I need to identify a problem, form hypotheses, and then use SPSS to analyze my findings. I have identified a problem in grievance handling. Now, I need to create a questionnaire. Could you please provide me with a questionnaire that is employee-oriented, meaning the questions are asked by the management?

My hypotheses are:
1. The company does not have a proper group of HR advisors.
2. Employees lack confidence in disclosing their grievances.
3. There is ineffective communication between management and employees.
4. Centralized decision-making in the company leads to frustration and delays.
5. Poor HR practices.

Dear Aaisha,

Have you done any literature survey? If it is for your final project, then you certainly have to survey work by others, form your conceptual framework, and then frame your questions based on the framework elements that should link with your objectives/hypotheses.
