My name is Kenneth, and I am a 4th-year student in Russia, doing a BSc in Management. I have a project to write about information technology in business operations, and I need to come up with a questionnaire to ask different organizations about their information systems. What kind of questions can I ask?

Well, I have already... And to start with, I have like 22 questions. I would appreciate your help. Here are the questions.

Ok, this is what I could come up with right now. Would suggest more points as and when I can think of something...

1. Does your company provide online support?

2. Does your company provide/arrange for IT-related training programs for employees? If yes, give details.

3. Does your company have a budget for IT? If so, how much (in figures or percentage)?

4. Does your company sell its products online? If not, does it intend to do so in the near future.

I couldn't help pointing out some corrections which you can make in your questionnaire...

*The following questions can be easily merged.

13. Principal uses of the internet in the organization

a. Online shopping

b. Consultation

c. Exchange information with administrators

d. Search for information

e. And if more, please state here...

*Secondly, in question 13, why is Online Shopping the first option? Is that what people 'primarily' do in the office? Just make sure the order of all your questions is logical.
