Hi all
My name is kenneth and i am a 4th year student in Russia doin Bsc in Management.. I have a project to write about information technology in business operations and i need to come up with a questionaire to ask different organizations about their information systems.... what kind of questions can i ask??

Well i have already... And to start with i have like 22 questions there.... I would apreciate your help. Here are the questions

Ok, this is what I could come up with right now. Would suggest more points as and when I can think of something...

1. Does your company provide online support?
   
2. Does your company provide /arrange for IT related training programmes for employees? If yes, give details.
   
3. Does your company have a budget for IT. If so how much (in figures or percentage)?
   
4. Does your company sell its products online. If not, does it intend to do so in the near future.
   

I couldnt help pointing out some corrections which you make in your questionnaire....

*The following questions can be easily merged.

7. Why do you use computers?

13. Principal uses of internet in the organization

a. Online shopping

b. Consultation

c. Exchange information with administrators

d. Search for information

e. And if more please state here………………………….

* Secondly, in question 13, why is Online Shopping the first option-is that what people 'primarily' do in office?

Just make sure, the order of all your questions is logical.
