Business Letter Head

Hello,
One small Query - Please Help!!!
I am working with a UK based company which has head office in UK and back offices in India. But UK and India entities are registered with different names to avoid legal complications, whereas management is same.
My Question is - can Indian entity use logo of UK company on its letter heads.
Please reply immediately.

Ofcourse there is no harm in using the logo all you need to insure is the company u are working in is separately registered and has the all relevant docs such as MOU, COR etc.
