Thank you for the information. I believe you gathered that I am conducting a survey on employee engagement. The company I am working on this project for has already conducted a survey. Based on the survey results, I am tasked with identifying activities and initiatives that employers undertake to engage employees. I have visited a few industries and gathered some information, but I believe there may be more initiatives that could be implemented to enhance employee engagement. Hence, the request. Additionally, as I am required to prepare a report, I am considering including the current status of employee engagement in organizations across India.

If you have any reports from reputable institutes that have conducted nationwide surveys on employee engagement in 2009 or possibly 2008, it would be greatly appreciated.
