Curious About HR Certification in HAY? Seeking Advice on Institutes and Online Options

Can anybody give an idea about HR certification in HAY? Is there any institute offering this certification, or is it available online? Please advise.

It is a methodology of making job descriptions and job evaluations (know-how, accountability all in detail). I have found that oil companies are using this methodology. I have also found some companies specifically asking for Hay Certification in HR.

As far as I know, the Hay Group used to provide a certification, but I think they have stopped providing such a certificate a while ago.

You can be certified in Hay if you wish, but using Hay for evaluating jobs and deciding on their proper weight is more complicated than Hay, although it is more accurate.

If you are able to find any certification program for Hay, please let me know as I am looking to be certified in Hay too.

Hay Group is offering certification in the Middle East, Dubai. The course fee is US$3000 for beginners. Once you complete the beginner course, you can proceed to the next level. They have certifications separately for performance appraisal, job evaluation, compensation, and benefits, etc.
