I need to hire an office boy. I spoke to the office boys working with me right now, but they don't have anybody in mind. How shall I proceed further? Where can I find someone suitable?

Please advertise in the local paper or any other cheapest media. You will get more people, then sortlist select the right person fit to do the job.
