How to Determine Tender Rates for Security Staff in AP with Updated Minimum Wages?

Hi, I'm Murthy, Asst. Dairy Manager at Co-Operative Dairy in AP. We are engaging Security Staff through an annual tender. This month, the current contract period is ending. In the next tender, we plan to provide minimum wages to the security staff through a contractor. I need the updated minimum wages as per the labor act in AP, specifically for security staff in the Executive and Civil streams at Security Officer, Security Supervisor, and Security Guard levels.

How can we calculate or accept the tender rate for each level concerning PF, ESI, Service Charge, Service Tax, and other necessary legal requirements? Please assist me with this matter.
