I'm an MBA student and I am looking for a competency mapping questionnaire for Graduate Engineering Trainees (GET) in manufacturing. I'm not able to specify the exact competency on which the questionnaire should be based.

You will have to catch hold of their Job analysis, PIQ (Position Information Questionnaire), and then see the linkages drawn to their PMS (Performance Management System) with the appropriate weightage drawn, if any, since there will be not any one but a set of competencies forming the JS (Job Description).
