Planning Diwali Events for 300 Employees: How Do You Keep It Fresh and Fun?

Hi Everyone!

I have around 300 employees in my branch, and most of the strength is of sales guys. My problem is that I want to arrange some good events on Diwali occasion, but due to the huge number of employees, it is not possible to gather all the strength at one place. I have some old ideas like rangoli competition, best dressed, decoration competition, but want some fresh and refreshing suggestions on the same.... Please guys help me out !!!

In my company, there was the same situation, but it was managed by having one part of the crowd participate in a treasure hunt happening in the workplace, while the rest gathered in a common area for other competitions.

But we are only a 4-member team who has to manage all this event... and it will be a blood-sucking task.

As your team to send their childhood photographs with Diwali crackers in hand, etc., and display them on the notice board.

Send quiz questions (on Diwali, customs, traditions, etc.) to all members via email. Ask them to answer. The best responses can be rewarded.

Ask them to donate money to orphanage schools instead of burning it on Diwali day. Display their names on the notice board and appreciate their contributions.
