Hi I'm Murthy , Asst.Dairy Manager in Co-Operative Dairy in AP. we are engaging Security Staff by Annual tender. by this month end present running contract period is completing, in next tenders we are planning to give min.wages to the security staff throug contracter. By this I need the updated Minwages By labour act in AP specifically for security staff in Ex. and Civil Stream at Security Officer, Security Super Visor, Security Guard Level.
By this how can we calculate / accept the tender rate for each Level for PF,ESI,Ser.Charge,Ser.Tax and other necessary legar requirements etc.
Help me in this matter
