Thank you. I have been searching for a long time regarding agreements. I am working at a small company. We are planning to hire some security personnel for my company. Previously, the security personnel were outsourced from another company, but the agreement period is over. We want to hire the security personnel directly for our company. Could you please advise on the kind of information I need to collect from the individuals and the agreement as well? I would appreciate your suggestions and a model of the agreement.
