Celebrating My M.Phil. Thesis on HR: Insights and Challenges from My Journey

phdscholar
Hi, Please congratulate me. I have completed my M.Phil. thesis today and got it signed by my guide. My thesis was on human resource management, focusing on problems and solutions. Here, I would like to share my experience so that you can gain some insights.

I chose the topic on HR after conducting research and development online. After approval from the University, I proceeded with my work. Unfortunately, my guide was not very supportive; he only met with me three times in the last year. To compensate for this, I extensively utilized the internet to gather tips, information on problems, and potential solutions during my thesis preparation.

After completing the content, I had it printed and hardbound. Today, I obtained the signature, and my supervisor expressed great satisfaction. I am proud of the substantial effort I put into this project. I hope you find this information valuable.

Thank you!

Please do not upload your thesis. I have known cases where people have just submitted the same with minor alterations for their degree, even for a Ph.D. from a prestigious institution.

Have a nice day,

Hi,

First of all, congratulations on your research. However, I failed to understand one thing. What are you trying to suggest? Is it that you should "take the help of the internet if your guide is not cooperative" or something else?

Regards,
Jayram.

I will email you the details of how I succeeded in completing my thesis. By the way, I have provided a detailed account in my first post in this thread on how I completed my thesis in human resources.
