first look at the stress causes - are they internal or external? are you happy with the job - if so, you won't feel stress.
after introspection, if you are not satisfied with you role, company or any issues, take a short break. go somewhere with family and parents and come back rejuvenated.
practice meditation and yoga. eat healthy, exercise regularly. don't carry any tension to your bed or to the next day - stress will vanish away
