Thank you for your response, Mr. Giridhar. I agree with you that it is one of the biggest challenges in today's age. However, I believe there are numerous challenges that HR Managers have to face. According to me, HR Managers of today may find it difficult due to the rapidly changing business environment. Therefore, they should update their knowledge and skills by aligning with the organization's needs and objectives. The HRM challenges are:

1. Managing the Vision:
The organization's vision provides direction to the business strategy, enabling managers to evaluate management practices and make decisions. Vision management becomes an integral part of Man management in the future.

2. Internal Environment:
Creating an environment that is responsive to external changes, providing employee satisfaction, and sustaining through culture and systems is a challenging task.

3. Changing Industrial Relations:
Managing both workers and managers with the same HRM philosophy is a daunting task for managers.

4. Building Organizational Capability:
Even in adverse circumstances, employees must be prepared to continually adapt.

5. Job Design & Organizational Structure:
Focusing on understanding the job, technology, and people involved in tasks is crucial, rather than relying on foreign concepts.

6. Managing the Large Workforce:
Managing a large workforce poses challenges as workers are conscious of their rights.

7. Psycho-Social Environment:
Employee participation is now required not only in job performance but also in democratizing and humanizing the institution.

8. Employee Satisfaction:
Managers should be equipped with techniques to motivate employees and fulfill their higher-level needs.

9. Modern Technology:
Unemployment due to modern technology can be mitigated by assessing manpower needs and finding alternative employment opportunities.

10. Computerized Information System:
This revolutionizes managerial decision-making and impacts coordination within the organization.

11. Legal Environment:
Adapting to changes in the legal environment is essential for maximizing human resource utilization.

12. Managing Human Relations:
Managing relationships between educated and uneducated workforce presents significant challenges.

Conclusion:
Despite the challenges, HR Managers can overcome them with the support of management and employees. Managing employees in the current business world is a complex task that can be effectively handled by our HR Leaders.
