@jaspreet: Thanx, I'll surely stick to the current company. This is the posting just to point out that I was rejected in all the big MNC's I aimed for just on this basis. As an HR, I just wanted to point out.....may be rejecting this way a candidate, we are rejecting a potential candidate. Every candidate should be given a chance. The seriousness of a person can be judged in the interview rounds, why rejected at a preliminary interview saying instability. Who's going to change this trend? Do we lack risk-taking ability?
