This thread is going to be a place where you will share your ways and means of transformation. Transforming your weaknesses (which you had) into strengths. So, share the weaknesses you had and what are the means/ways you handled to overcome your weakness or transform it into your strength. To start with, my weakness: I was an introvert.
Consequence: People tended to dominate me.
Means of transformation: Voice exercises (Shouting), setting my mindset to start the first word in any conversation with a confident voice, mingling with strangers, engaging in social events, and initiating new events. Now, people say I am talkative and an extrovert.
