Need Help Creating Effective Formats for Garment Buying House Operations?

Hi, I am working in a garment buying house with in-house production as well. Can anyone help me make some useful formats to streamline the work since it's a new setup? I would prefer formats related to styles, colors, sizes, sets, etc., for the merchandising division. Also, formats for calculating overtime, maintaining salaries, keeping leave records, and gatepass formats would be appreciated.
