Mis Formats - New Setup

hi , i am working in a garment buying house having inhouse production too. Can anyone help me making some useful formats to streamline the working as its a new setup. i would prefer some formats regarding the styles colurs size sets etc for the merchandising division and also regarding calculation on overtime, salary maintainence, leave records and gatepass formats
