Hi,

I have worked in the US recruitment process. Could you tell me whether it is recruitment through job portals or through other sources? I will be able to help you out if it is through job portals.

Thanks
parul kanchan
Recruitment can be done both through job portals (such as Dice) and other sources as well.

It is very important in US recruitment to have a strong vendor network. During my time in US recruitment, I closed many positions without even visiting Dice once. Just by flashing the position on your IM vendor network, it works wonders. However, speed is the buzzword. One needs to be alert and be the first to receive the req.

Cheers,
Parul.

Hi all,

It's true that recruitments can be done through various available job portals like Dice, Monster, and all. But I would like to get a process model for US recruitments. If somebody has the process model and can share it, it would be a great help.

Thank you.

Somebody help us with the process followed in US recruitments. Is it that the recruiters should have knowledge about what all the technologies are in the market? And if so, how should a starter groom him/herself in this regard.

---

In the realm of US recruitments, understanding the processes involved is crucial. Recruiters are expected to be knowledgeable about the various technologies present in the market. For newcomers, grooming themselves in this aspect is essential for success in the field.

Hi Guys,

Until now, I have been submitting the resume of my consultant for projects in the US. Can I forward the requirements I am getting from other recruiters and obtain candidates? And then, can I submit the candidates to that recruiter? If so, what is the process? Should our company sign a contract before doing that?

Please update me soon...

Thanks,
Alwin
