Fake Experience in Job Interviews: How Would You Handle This Shocking Discovery?

Just thought of sharing an experience that shocked me. During the course of an interview, we discovered that an engineer was holding fake experience from one of the renowned companies in Bangalore.

Upon further questioning, we learned that he obtained this letter through a consultant who would charge freshers with no job a lump-sum of Rs 50,000 or more, providing a month of training and an experience letter of 1 to 2 years from this company.
