Termination From Service - Termination Letter

Can any body tell me how to prepare a Termination Letter from the Services or Notice for Termination from the Job for an employee.because our project is over
I need it very urgent?

before embarking on this have you specified about the project related employment to your employee?
here goes - assuming you have tied up your employee with project related employment.
dear Mr/Ms XXXX
this letter is to inform you of the Termination of your services to our organisation as the project XXXXX for which you have been recruited for is completed and we no longer require your services (as mentioned in the Appt Order or Contract).
we thank you for your service and appreciate your contribution to the project. we will get in touch with you if your services are required later on. we wish you all the best in your future endeavours.
