Struggling to Find Store Staff for Kids' Decor Chain in South India – Any Tips or Referrals?

I am working with a retail chain dealing with kids' room decor and furnishing. We are currently looking for store staff as we are executing our expansion plans in South India. I am finding it very difficult to find the right candidate. Please help me either by referring good candidates or suggesting some innovative recruitment techniques. I would appreciate it if any of you could guide me in recruiting store staff.
