Training Workmen in Tamil: How to Prepare and Present Effective Sessions for Both Technical and Non-Technical Teams

Interested in knowing Tamil training activities related to the level of workmen in both non-technical and technical areas. Are there any reference materials available for preparation and presentation to a team of workmen in order to address a group of 15 workmen?

Programme titled "Unnal Mudiyum Tambi" in the Tamil version aims to motivate the attitude and culture within the organization by fostering team spirit and encouragement, especially during the recession period. If anybody could assist with the Tamil PowerPoint training materials, it would be beneficial for carrying out the task.
