Considering a Career Shift to Training: Is NLP the Right Starting Point for Me?

pradeepm300
Hi Seniors,

I am an HR Generalist with 2 years of experience in the IT and Pharma industries. I am interested in transitioning into training and have been considering Alphastars Management training in NLP. Could you please advise if NLP is a good starting point for my training career, or if I should complete any other "train the trainer" courses before pursuing NLP practitioner training? Additionally, I would appreciate any feedback on the experience of being trained by Alphastars Management in Bangalore.

Regards,
Pradeep :)

Dear Mr. Pradeep,

I would suggest that you start with the NLP Practitioners Course. However, before attending the course, you can read a few books on the subject to get an idea of what it entails. NLP is a profound study of the Human Mind & Brain. I recommend starting with "Awaken The Giant Within" by Tony Robbins.

I have completed the Trainer's Training with Dr. Ranganathan & Dr. William Horton, which I found to be extremely beneficial. If you need any further information, please feel free to contact me at my email - prasadkarkare@rediffmail.com - and my Mobile Number is +919867619153.

All The Best,
Prasad Karkare
