i have to make a project on eureka forbes which includes their history,sales force management,motivational tools,compensation plan,acheivements and prospects i.e their future plans.

The project you have got is a simple, interesting one. For this you have to first collect data. There are a few websites on this company. One is hereunder: <link no longer exists - removed>
Since you are a member in this forum, you are net savvy. So, accessing net you may be able to get all the information. You can write a letter to the Company also requesting for copies of their AnnualReports for a few years. Most of the companies oblige.
You can peruse these and analyse the data and prepare the report.
